nondual movement

Nondual Movement exists to promote the alleviation of human suffering and support the artistry of being human.

Workshops, classes, and private consultations are opportunities to:

  • Experience emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

  • Heal core issues and habitual patterns in order to thrive in daily life.

  • Learn unique meditation and somatic techniques to promote harmony throughout one’s life, self-empowerment, and support spiritual practice.

  • Nonduality is a term used by any number of wisdom traditions to encapsulate a vision of reality not based exclusively on viewing life in terms of opposites: pleasure and pain, good and bad here and there, us and them, inside and outside, subject and object, and so on.

A nondual view is one that sees the opposites of life as fundamentally intertwined, and therefore essential in the context of healing work, somatic practice, and artistic vision that speaks to the fullness and vibrance of reality.

Such a view offers us a framework to relate to the inherent creativity, and boundless possibility of reality itself.—A most expansive vista to alchemize our struggles and confusion, as well as enhance our sense of purpose, direction, and creative vision.

  • Our bodies offer a portal into the heart of the human situation.

Embodied practice oriented around and toward a nondual view of reality, holds the view of reality as it is, as a panacea for human suffering.

Any form of nondual practice and healing maintains a certain devotion to reality itself. The more we relate to, perceive, and sense the interconnected baseline of all phenomena, the more we locate ourselves in the creative potential of life itself—to heal, to create, to envision, and to re-envision.

Movement framed in this view invites us to perceive and sense the movement of life—the dynamism of life,  itself—pulsing in and through our very own bodies.

Such movement opens portals to ‘physical’ wellness and healing above and beyond the linear logics of sickness and health, good and bad, and pleasure and pain. We enter and participate in the dynamic play and possibility of life, itself.

We are the wholeness and joy we seek

Our suffering and struggles can become invitations to freedom, ease, pleasure, and wisdom.

When we truly hold the opposites of life together — our ups and downs, joy and sorrow, hope and fear, struggle and success — life begins to meet us in new, and often unimaginable ways.

At the heart of this work rests life’s deepest questions and mysteries—a path of unending discovery.
