Touching Ground is a weekly guided somatic meditation to support the cultivation of ease, relaxation, and peace.

We explore meditation as a natural part of our experience, not as a rigid technique, not by forcing ourselves to be still, and not by silencing thought.

Each week of the month, we employ different doorways to experience relaxation and ease as an ongoing aspect of our human experience.

  • 20-30 minute guided meditation with the body.

  • Q & A  / conversation for those who’d like to linger.
